Mold Handle Clamp– A mold handle clamp for exothermic welding securely holds the mold in place, ensuring precise alignment during the welding process. This tool is crucial for maintaining stability and safety, preventing accidental movement or misalignment. Handles are available in 2 sizes that fits many different types of molds.
Electronic Ignitor– Electronic Ignitor for exothermic welding starts the welding process with a simple push of 2 buttons at a same time. It provides a reliable and safe way to ignite the weld, reducing the need for manual methods.
Putty– Mold sealing putty is used to create a tight seal around exothermic welding molds, preventing leaks during the welding process. It ensures the molten metal stays contained within the mold. This putty is easy to apply and remove, making it convenient for multiple uses.
Mold cleaning Brushes- LPINZ offers 2 types of cleaning brushed. Soft bristle brushes are used to gently clean exothermic molds without scratching the surface, removing any loose debris. Wire bristle brushes are more abrasive, effectively removing stubborn residue and oxidation. Both types of brushes are essential for maintaining the molds in good condition and ensuring high-quality welds.
